我们仅收集最少量的匿名数据：

• 匿名设备标识符（通过友盟 SDK）
• 应用启动事件、页面访问、功能使用频率
• 崩溃日志（不含个人数据）
• 智能推荐功能的标签选择（仅当你使用此付费功能时）

我们不收集：你的姓名、邮箱、手机号、地理位置、通讯录、照片或任何个人身份信息。你的梦境日记仅保存在你的设备本地，绝不传输。（你通过 App 内「意见与反馈」主动提交的反馈内容与图片除外，见第 9 节。）

We collect minimal anonymous data:

• Anonymous device identifier (via UMeng SDK)
• App launch events, screen views, feature usage frequency
• Crash logs (no source-level personal data)
• Smart Recommendation tag selections (only when you use this Premium feature)

We do NOT collect: your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any personally identifying information. Your dream journal entries are stored locally on your device and never transmitted. (Content and images you voluntarily submit via the in-app Feedback feature are an exception — see Section 9.)

Your data lives in three places, each with a clear purpose:

• On your device — Dream journal entries, bookmarks, app preferences (Apple SwiftData / GRDB). Stays on-device.

• UMeng analytics servers — Anonymous usage statistics (no personal data). UMeng is a Chinese analytics provider widely used in iOS/Android apps.

• Our server (hs-qingzhi.com) — Only when you use Smart Recommendation. Tag selections + subscription status (for quota). Logs auto-deleted after 7 days.

We integrate the following services. Each has a specific role and data scope:

• Apple StoreKit — In-app purchases. Handled directly by Apple; we never see your payment info.

• UMeng (友盟) SDK — Anonymous usage analytics. No personal identifiers.

• DeepSeek / Zhipu AI — Smart Recommendation feature only. Receives your tag selections (e.g., "stranger", "chase", "fear") to generate dream entry recommendations. Does NOT receive your dream journal.

We do NOT integrate: advertising SDKs, social media SDKs, location tracking, contact syncing, photo library access, or any cross-app tracking.

We use UMeng SDK to understand how the app is used (so we can improve it). UMeng collects:

• Anonymous device identifier (not your Apple ID)
• Screen views and feature usage frequency
• Crash reports

UMeng does NOT collect or transmit: your IP address (anonymized at SDK level), your dream content, your name, or any personal identifier. We do NOT use cross-app tracking via IDFA. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Firebase, or any Western analytics provider.

智能推荐是订阅会员独享功能。当你使用时：

1. 你在应用内选择 1–3 个标签（人物/场景/情绪）
2. 选定的标签发送到我们的服务器（hs-qingzhi.com）
3. 我们的服务器转发给 DeepSeek 或智谱 AI 处理
4. AI 返回推荐的梦境条目和简短关联说明（100–200 字）
5. 结果仅向你展示

我们记录：时间戳、匿名用户 ID（来自你的 IAP 凭证）、标签选择、响应状态。日志 7 天后自动删除。

智能推薦是訂閱會員獨享功能。當你使用時：

Smart Recommendation is a Premium subscription feature. When you use it:

1. You select 1–3 tags (e.g., person/scene/emotion) in the app
2. Selected tags are sent to our server (hs-qingzhi.com)
3. Our server forwards to DeepSeek or Zhipu AI for processing
4. The AI returns recommended dream entries with brief context (100–200 characters)
5. The result is shown only to you

What we log: timestamp, anonymized user ID (from your IAP transaction), tag selections, response status. Logs are automatically deleted after 7 days.

What we do NOT log: your dream journal, your name, your IP address, or any personal identifier.

First use requires your explicit consent via an in-app consent dialog. You can disable this feature at any time in Settings.

You have the following rights over your data:

• Local device data: Delete any time via app settings (Settings → Clear Data) or by uninstalling the app.

• UMeng analytics data: Anonymous and retained per UMeng's policy. To request deletion of UMeng data linked to your device, contact us with your anonymous device ID (visible in app settings).

• Smart Recommendation server logs: Auto-deleted after 7 days. To request earlier deletion, contact us.

• Right to access: Email privacy@hs-qingzhi.com to request a copy of any data we hold associated with your device.

• Right to be forgotten: Email privacy@hs-qingzhi.com to request full deletion.

• 存储与第三方：数据存储于阿里云（中国境内，北京）。图片上传至阿里云对象存储（OSS），并经阿里云 DashScope 视觉模型进行机器审核以拦截违规内容，该图片审核为我们对阿里云的委托处理。

• 留存期限：图片默认保留 12 个月后自动删除；文字反馈在工单解决后保留 12 个月，逾期自动清理。

• 你的权利：你可在「我的反馈」内删除你的全部反馈（连同图片），提交后即时移除记录、图片随后清理。

• 非公开：本渠道为你与开发者之间的非公开支持工单，内容不会公开展示给其他用户。

當你使用 App 內「意見與反饋」時，我們僅為接收與處理你的反饋、與你溝通、改進產品而收集並處理以下信息：

• 你主動提供的：反饋內容、圖片、聯繫方式（選填）。其中聯繫方式經加密後存儲。

• 為定位問題自動附帶的：App 版本、系統版本、設備型號、語言、會員狀態、所在頁面，以及一個匿名設備標識（不含你的姓名、手機號等真實身份）；提交時還會記錄訪問 IP，僅用於防濫用與安全防護，不作長期留存。

• 存儲與第三方：數據存儲於阿里雲（中國境內，北京）。圖片上傳至阿里雲對象存儲（OSS），並經阿里雲 DashScope 視覺模型進行機器審核以攔截違規內容，該圖片審核為我們對阿里雲的委託處理。

When you use the in-app Feedback feature, we collect and process the following solely to receive and handle your feedback, communicate with you, and improve our products:

• Information you provide: feedback content, images, and contact information (optional). Contact information is stored encrypted.

• Information attached automatically to help diagnose issues: app version, OS version, device model, language, membership status, and current page, along with an anonymous device identifier (which does not contain your real identity such as name or phone number); your access IP is also recorded at submission solely for abuse prevention and security, and is not retained long-term.

• Storage and third parties: data is stored on Alibaba Cloud (mainland China, Beijing). Images are uploaded to Alibaba Cloud Object Storage (OSS) and machine-moderated by the Alibaba Cloud DashScope vision model to block non-compliant content; this image moderation is an entrusted-processing arrangement with Alibaba Cloud.

• Retention: images are deleted automatically after 12 months by default; text feedback is retained for 12 months after the ticket is resolved, then cleared automatically.

• Your rights: you can delete all of your feedback (including images) in the My Feedback list; records are removed immediately upon request and images are cleared thereafter.

• Non-public: this channel is a private support ticket between you and the developer; its content is never shown publicly to other users.
